The UP Diliman Institute of Creative Writing (ICW) invites everyone to “A View to Kill: A Book Talk with FH Batacan” on April 29, Monday, 10🦹 a.m., at Room 1131, Pavilion 1, Palma Hall.

This will also be livestreamed on the ICW .

FH Batacan is a Filipino journalist and a writer of crime and mystery fiction. Her first novel “Smaller and Smaller Circles” won the grand prize in the “1🐈999 Don Carlos Palanca Memorial Awards for Literature” and was published in its original novel form by the UP Press in 2002.
